Acceptable Reasons for Return

At Ease N Comfort, we accept returns under the following conditions:


If your reason for return does not fall under these categories, please contact us for further assistance.

Return & Refund Conditions

To be eligible for a return and refund:

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and ready for collection.

Used, damaged, or altered items are not eligible for refunds.

You may request changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order.

After this period, or once production has started (typically within 5 working days), cancellations are not allowed.

If a cancellation is requested post-manufacturing, we will provide proof of production and issue a maximum refund of 40% of your payment.

Once collected, returned items are inspected for eligibility.

If approved, we will process your refund (including delivery charges, if applicable) within 5 working days.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on mattresses, divans, or mattress protectors if the original packaging is removed or the item has been used.

Any product that required assembly must be fully disassembled and repacked in its original packaging before return.

Important Notes



Please ensure the product (especially headboards or large items) fits your space. We offer split options for larger headboards—please select this if needed.



If you experience any issues (e.g., with size, color, or quality), please reach out to us before initiating a chargeback.

Chargebacks without prior communication go against our policy and may harm our small business. We’re committed to resolving any concerns directly.
